Students from Hollis Academy were hosted by the Staithes & Runswick Bay RNLI Station this week as part of their "1st Aid & Rescue Skills" Curriculum. The team gave a fascinating talk about the lifeboat and some of the recent rescues they had been, and also a timely reminder to always check the weather and tide tables when having fun on the beach!
