Be heard Youth clubs

Be Heard is a fantastic free service in your area which is offered to Young People aged 11-16 to help support and maintain mental Health .

They offer a Youth Club type setting, filled with different activities to give Young People a safe and enjoyable place to meet with friends, whilst also gaining support and guidance from our trained Mental Health Youth Workers.  Clubs are especially useful for neurodivergent and anxious young people and offer the chance to relax and be with other young people.

  

Be Heard is a drop-in service with no referral needed and currently runs from the following two locations, 

 

Thornaby Family Hub  

Every Tuesday  

4pm -5.30pm 11-13 yrs 

5.30pm -7pm 14 - 16 yrs. 

 

Guisborough Youth Centre 

Every Thursday 

4pm - 5.30pm 11-13 yrs. 

5.30pm -7pm 14-16 yrs. 

 

Be Heard

Be Heard drop-ins are safe spaces within local communities for young people aged between 11 – 16 years old. Youth workers who run the sessions know how challenging life can be.
