Y9 have been continuing with their journey around the world in their food technology lessons. They have been cooking foods from around the world and created a curry this week, Biryani, and look at the size of JJ's homemade Naan bread! It looks amazing. Cooking food and becoming familiar with different tastes and textures is an important aspect of our curriculum and students love it. Not much makes its way home though as it is too good to resist!
