Children love cooking at Hollis Academy. Every Christmas each child takes part in our Christmas tradition of making holiday biscuits or a gingerbread house. Children design their own products and demonstrate their creative flair. Following a recipe is vital and all children can do this, ensuring that their product tastes as good as it looks.
