Doesn't Mr Fenton, our Principal, look delighted to welcome our new Year 6 children?

 

Thank you to the families and children that attended our year 6 open event yesterday. Children had a good look around school, met their tutor and staff, played some games and did some cooking.

 

Year 6 transition is now well on the way. Next half term Hollis Academy staff will visit children in the Primary school setting to ensure we know them well, and all children are invited to the 2-day taster experience where children will spend a day in school and a day doing forest school. Primary school staff will attend with children to reduce anxiety. We look forward to seeing everyone again on 11^th and 12^th July.
