We seek to be responsive to children's aspirations and that sometimes means supporting children in a short placement at a college provider. Olly (in the picture) knows he wants to be in the building trade and has started a placement where he learns the trade a day each week. Young people seeking these placements need to demonstrate maturity and positive attitudes so they can safely complete placements.
