Our students have been lucky to be hosted again this year by Cleveland Mountain Rescue Team, as part of their 1st Aid & Rescue Skills curriculum in preparation for their Duke of Edinburgh Award. The students were shown how to use some of the rescue kit the team uses, had a tour of the base and a chat about the realities of volunteering for the organisation, and an opportunity to sit inside the vehicles.
