To prepare students for the increasingly technological world that they will face in adult life.
To develop, maintain and stimulate students curiosity, interest and enjoyment in Computing.

Key Stage 3
Throughout Key Stage 3, students access a detailed introduction to many aspects of the digital world. These topics include:
Using Computers Safely and Effectively
Cybercrime
Understanding Computers
Networks
First Steps Small Basic
E-Safety
Microsoft Office Suite
Using The Internet
Through these topics, students will develop an understanding of the subject, and reach a platform upon which the foundations of their Key Stage 4 study will be built.
Key Stage 4
OCR Functional Skills Level 1 & 2
OCR has been at the forefront of developing functional skills assessments. This experience has given us a unique insight into what functionality means to assessment design. This qualification contains one mandatory unit and is externally set and assessed. The qualification is suitable for learners who wish to be recognized for their achievement of a wide range of practical ICT skills for use in every day life.
Edexcel ICT Entry Level Functional Skills
Edexcel Entry Level Functional Skills qualifications in ICT is designed to equip learners with the basic skills they need to operate confidently, effectively and independently in education, work and everyday life.
