Employers, Education and Training Providers
Hollis Academy welcomes the opportunity to work with a range of education and training providers and employers so that all students can be informed about the different opportunities available to them post-16 including technical education and apprenticeship opportunities.
Examples of how Hollis Academy can work with local providers and employers are:
· Delivering assemblies to students on a specific topic
· Attending our careers fair aimed at Years 10 and 11
· Talking to years 10 and 11 students about careers in a specific sector through working with Level 6 trained careers advisors from the various local authority SEN teams
· External visits to places of employment, education or training
